Eggs got $WORMs...

The Edgy Eggs broke into Chikn HQ and stole their future tokenomic plans! Using this data they re-coded the lab to allow them to generate $WORM token direct from their DNA. This, it appears, is only the beginning. It is unknown how much more data they have acquired from Chikn Farms, but we have intel one of the Chikns may have been replaced by a rare Edgy Egg and now works covertly to relay information before anyone else.

$400k into $EGG / $AVAX LP

Based on our final mint, market conditions and costs, we will purchase an initial outlay of $400,000 worth of Egg/Avax LP to produce $WORM, and $FEED for our farm only.

UPDATE: We will no longer be pursuing $FEED as a revenue source to maintain the long-term balance of the ecosystem of Chikn. Instead, our profits from the portfolio will offer a diverse investment into the Chikn ecosystem as well as various altcoins and projects.

Working closer with the Chikn team we have devised an amicable plan for long-term growth via the creation of the largest Edgy Egg Farm for $WORMs to meet their needs whilst allowing us to continue to execute our big brain ideas to send the EdgyEggs brand into the multiverse... ☄️

All will be revealed after mint as it would harm the plans to reveal it early to dastardly Coqs who seek egg domination. We hope all Roostr, Chikn holders will be pleasantly surprised with our plans once they witness the results and power of EdgyEggs...

What will the portfolio consist of?

We will reveal more after mint, but for now, we can say that holders of Edgy Eggs will be rewarded in a multitude of ways, both manually and automatically via claims. Each month, potentially weekly we will distribute dividends to holders from larger portfolio items. As voted on by the Discord we will also utilise the portfolio to reinvest in high-value NFT projects, tokens and altcoins to generate further yield.

As can now be revealed, $WORM token will be our largest produce from the Edgy Egg Farm distributed to all Edgy Egg NFT holders.

Not only this, but the EdgyEggs brand will also be building the largest Edgy Egg Farm to house local wayward Chikns, Roostrs and Eggs that may be lost and new a safe, profitable land to rest. Here they should all be able to forage in peace and harmony...

What does this mean for holders of Edgy Eggs?

We as a team have had long discussions on the best and most efficient ways to invest our treasury. The initial mint has been positioned to create value for the high-quality art of the NFTs, we feel our pricing strategy is fair for the level of artwork holders receive.

Beyond this, we want to add value to holders in the short term and the long term whilst providing options to dynamically adapt to the market based on community engagement. We trust our own judgement and hope the community agrees to our decisions, but as this is a two-way street, we also offer input and direction from the community. Regular polls and discussions will help inform the community about this.

Is this a 100% bet on Chikn?

No, the majority of our budget will eventually be aimed toward development and investment. Based on the community discussions we will provide the following options and more overtime:

These options are not set in stone, some may well happen, and some may be voted against or not be financially viable over time. EdgyEggs is committed to being dynamic in such volatile times and will always consult the community ahead of time.

• Utilise treasury and spare funds for high-frequency NFT giveaways - this can be EdgyEggs, Chikn, Roostr, or new NFT projects that arise over time.

• Alternative LP investment ($Egg, $Fert / high-yield LP strategies / stable LP).

• Pull LP investment and divert funds to faster development of the game.

• Create a DAO-based investment fund that after thorough research will invest in cryptocurrency coins and NFT projects as voted by the Discord.

• Allocate funding for all Edgy Egg holders to receive a free mint of the weapons.

• Chikn ecosystem token investment and auto compound (no rewards for 4 weeks to boost long-term gains).

In the short term, however, we will work closely with the Chikn team to optimise investment in their ecosystem and return rewards to Edgy Eggs holders quickly. We will then allow the community to discuss how they wish to be rewarded over time for being a part of the Edgy Eggs crew.

How do we generate yield efficiently?

With our original plans redacted from this space, we will update this section once the secret plans for yield generation have been revealed.

In short, if we had continued with some of our plans to the extreme to become a very large $FEED whale with the potential to syphon all rewards to Edgy Egg holders only, yes we would generate a large income to be distributed to our NFT holders...but at what cost?

The functional cost of this is de-balancing the tri-token ecosystem, similar to attempting to become a hedgefund Coop. Unless partnered with the Chikn team there is a significant danger of an external team trying to use crowdfunding to buy out Chikns, Roostrs, Farmland etc which they could easily crash one day on the market or get 'hacked' or dump the tokens too quickly and break the balance.

Our careful consideration here ensures long-term sustainability, no pump and dump NFT scam projects and the potential to boost AVAX as a whole not use it for personal gain.

As we can now reveal, after close communications with the Chikn team and careful planning of their long-term tokenomic roadmap. Edgy Eggs will be an easy access way for new users to enter the Chikn ecosystem.
